Salted Dark Chocolate Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
  • 160ml milk of choice
  • 2tbsp chia seeds
  • 25g raw cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2tbsp date syrup (or maple syrup)
  • ¼ tsp sea salt, plus more to garnish
  • 1tsp pure vanilla extract
  • a few fresh raspberries, crushed pistachio nuts, mint leaves, to decorate

Method

Combine all the ingredients except the cayenne pepper in a blender or food-processor and blend until smooth.

Finish with a sprinkle of sea salt and garnished with a few fresh raspberries, some crushed pistachio nuts and fresh mint leaves.
