Blasta Wholefoods, Dungarvan, Co Waterford

This issue Rob and Anne Whinnett, Jules Chabot, Natalie Walsh and Amy Murray test a sleep support, scent free cleanser, sheep's cheese and shampoo bar.

Open Mon-Sat 9.30am- 5.30pm

Shampoo bar
Anne says: "Skoon Sensitive Moisture and Care Solid Shampoo Bar lathers easily, doesn't irritate my scalp and lasts for ages. I'd also recommend one of the cute wooden dishes to stand it on."

Sheep's cheese
Rob says: "I just love the new Labneh sheep's cheese from Velvet Cloud in Mayo. It's a creamy, soft, Mediterranean style cheese that's great on crackers, stirred into pasta or to liven up a baked potato."

Multivitamin kids spray
Amy says: "Better You Kids MultiVit Spray is suitable from 12 months and is perfect for kids who don't like capsules or liquids. I have two kids at home who both enjoy taking it every morning. B vitamins give a natural burst of energy and vitamin C helps with coughs and colds."

Sleep support
Anne says: "Melissa Dream is my go-to sleep remedy. Formulated with lemon balm, l-theanine, chamomile and magnesium, it works every time. I often only need it for a day or two to get back into a sleep pattern."

Natural cleanser
Jules says: "Green People Organic Neutral Scent-Free Cleanser is very gentle on the skin, removes mascara without irritating the eyes and is scent free."

Multi surface cleaner
Natalie says: "In a busy house with kids and pets I find BioD Multi Surface Cleaner really effective. I like that it has a minimal environmental impact. The concentrate lasts for ages and it's very reasonably priced."

Well and Good, Middleton, Co Cork

This issue Noelle Geary, Liz Clancy, Ditte Friedrich, Jill Bell, Vicky Wesley and Gemma Hallissey test a brain support, aloe vera gel, help for anxiety and manuka honey.

Open Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, Sat 9.30am-5pm

Anxiety herbal help

Magnesium supplement
Liz says: "I love PrizMag Magnesium Bisglycinate. It keeps me calm and helps me sleep, is a useful anti-inflammatory and supports my blood sugar levels. I alternate with magnesium citrate when leg cramps interfere with my sleep."

Brain support
Ditte says: "Fabu Focus Brain contains lion's mane and l-tyrosine. It's formulated to support brain function and I've found it great for banishing brain fog."

Aloe vera gel
Jill says: "Optima Aloe Pura Organic Aloe Vera gel is always in my kitchen cupboard to mix with bicarbonate of soda and instantly soothe minor skin burns. On its own it can calm any skin irritations and mosquito bites."

Arnica gel
Vicky says: "My three sports mad kids never leave home without Weleda Arnica Cooling Gel in their sports bags. It is so soothing and easy to apply if they get a knock."

Manuka honey
Gemma says: "Manuka Health Manuka Honey is good for so many issues: digestion, immunity, sore gums, haemorrhoids, cold sores to name some. I've used manuka for all these and it has helped me to heal inside and out."
