Raw Foods – Chocolate Ganache Cake Recipe




For the crust

  • 1 cup pecan nuts
  • 100ml agave
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp cayenne

Cover the pecans with the agave and dehydrate for 8 hours. Blitz everything together in a food processor. In a greaseproof-lined cake tin, press the mixture in to form a crust. Chill.

For the filling

  • 170g tahini
  • 100g date paste
  • 250ml agave
  • 150g coconut oil
  • ¼tsp Himalayan salt
  • ½tsp vanilla powder
  • 225ml water
  • 200g cacao powder

Blend everything together until smooth. Pour the mixture into the cake tin and refrigerate until solid. Keep it chilled until it is all eaten!
