Berry Blast Smoothie Recipe




  • 45g blackberries
  • 45g blueberries
  • 45g raspberries
  • 60ml açai juice
  • ¼tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 2tsp chia seeds
  • 250ml flax, soya or dairy milk
  • 1tbsp runny honey, or more to taste
  • 1tbsp natural yoghurt


Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz on high power for 2 minutes, or until combined and the seeds are completely broken down. Push through a sieve if necessary to achieve the desired consistency. Taste, and add more honey if needed, before serving.
