Allergy-friendly – Gluten-free Banana Quinoa Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 100g Doves Farm Gluten Free Organic Quinoa Flour
- 100g brown sugar
- 2tbsp Doves Farm Gluten Free Baking Powder
- 1 ripe banana
- 4tbsp oil of your choice
- 1 orange rind and juice
Method
Preheat your oven to 180°C/Fan 160°C/350°F/gas mark 4
Mix together the flour, sugar and baking powder.
In another bowl mash the banana then beat in the oil.
Beat in the orange rind and juice.
Mix in the prepared flour.
Pour into an oiled and lined 500g/1lb loaf tin and bake 45-50 minutes.
