Avocado Chocolate Mousse Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados
- 50g cocoa powder
- 180ml maple syrup
- pinch of sea salt (optional)
- whipped cream (optional)
Method
Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until very creamy.
Chill for 1 hour before serving. Serve in small cups sprinkled with flaky sea salt and a dollop of whipped cream.
