Super Foods – Berry-Coconut Ice Lollies Recipe

Ingredients

  • 300g fresh blueberries
  • 400ml coconut milk
  • 150g live probiotic yogurt
  • 1tbsp runny honey
  • Juice of ¼ lime

Method

Place all the ingredients in a blender and process to a smooth puree. Pour into ice lolly moulds, add the lolly sticks and freeze overnight.
