Maca Mocha Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
- 1tsp instant coffee
- 2tsp cacao powder
- ½ cup boiling water
- 2 frozen bananas (sliced into chunks before freezing)
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2tbsp maca powder
- pinch of cinnamon
- Shredded coconut, optional to garnish
Method
1. Combine the coffee and the cacao powder with the boiling water.
2. Pour the coffee mixture into a blender.
3. Add the bananas, milk, maca powder and cinnamon into the blender and pulse to silky and smooth.
4. Divide into 2 glasses.
5. Garnish with some shredded coconut if you wish.
This smoothie tastes equally good if the banana is not frozen. A drizzle of raw honey is also welcome.
