Salted Dark Chocolate Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
- 160ml milk of choice
- 2tbsp chia seeds
- 25g raw cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2tbsp date syrup (or maple syrup)
- ¼ tsp sea salt, plus more to garnish
- 1tsp pure vanilla extract
- a few fresh raspberries, crushed pistachio nuts, mint leaves, to decorate
Method
Combine all the ingredients except the cayenne pepper in a blender or food-processor and blend until smooth.
Finish with a sprinkle of sea salt and garnished with a few fresh raspberries, some crushed pistachio nuts and fresh mint leaves.
